On Letting Go

People often are confused when to let go. It doesn’t matter if it is a job, a marriage, or a business. Humans tend to have the desire to cling to the familiar. We stay because while many say they want to change and improve, we fear going in a new direction. If you need a push, I can help you sort out which direction to go in. Some of the changes and decisions I had to make in my life: I’ve changed jobs from public relations, to education, to law, back to education, back to law and starting my own business. I also had to make the painful decision to go no contact with family members; I had to let go of a toxic relationship; and I learned to put myself first to find daily joy. This journey was not easy. Any change is not easy and requires dedication. Let me be part of your change.
