Be kind to yourself

I am already getting all wound up about the holidays. Remember to make time for yourself, your rituals, and keep up the self-care. Now more than ever, put the oxygen mask on yourself before you start to try to help others. It is easy to get overwhelmed trying to create a perfect Thanksgiving and other holidays. Being kind to yourself starts with how you talk to yourself. Here is a list of my favorite affirmations including some holiday specific ones.

Iā€™m worthy of love.

I deserve to be loved.

I love myself.

I deserve to be treated with respect.

I attract healthy and loving relationships.

I have an abundance of friends.

Money is all around me.

I am attracting my soulmate.

I am a money magnet.

My relationships support me.

I do everything with ease and grace.

I have time to get everything done.

Help arrives when I need it.

I hire capable people.

I am a divine creation.

My body is a miracle.

Relationships at work and home are easy.

I create happy memories with friends and families.
