My favorite affirmations
I use affirmations daily. If I have something major going on, I will schedule additional time to meditate mid-day to reaffirm the intention I set for the day. Here are some of my favorite affirmations:
My body knows how to heal itself.
My body allows me to move and thrive in this world.
If I feel stuck, I get moving. Movement can be physical, emotional, and spiritual.
My beliefs and thoughts will manifest my future reality. I claim my power to choose them.
I find peace and strength in holding a silent and sacred place.
I am love and light.
I am enough.
I am becoming who I am meant to be.
I am safe.
My past can no longer hurt me.
These are some starting points for you. Wherever you are in your journey, there is probably an affirmation available online or in books that can be your mantra. Stay the course and all those small steps will eventually lead you to your goal.
